Seethai Achi School is now over 85 years old and currently serves around 120 students. Some years ago, there were 600 students enrolled in the school. Like Alagammai Achi School, due to the heavy competition from English medium schools and parent’s lack of interest in Tamil Medium schools, students strength has reduced.  The school provides education in Tamil (the regional language) because this is the only way to receive some monetary aid from the local government to cover its ongoing maintenance costs. The school still holds a vital place in the hearts of the villagers.  Our trust gave one Computer for the school and provided School Bags with their School logo for all the students.
